I'm not sure a CR is a certainty. Cash out flow is low and we have approx 15 times the cash of this quaters cash outflow - companies will usually only raise when they are about 2 quaters out from running out of cash OR if they needed it to make a buy out etc. I think there is enough room left to make another medium sized buy and still have enough money to make their payments.
