Ryan Stokes could bid for 100% of Drillsearch and later sell the oil business to Beach Energy. Seven gets to keep the gas assets and continue its exploration and development. PEL91 oil business alone would be worth between $350m to $400m. Ryan will not just sit and do nothing on its 16.7% stake in DLS.
