I personally don't think Seven are going to make a move to buy DLS. By buying how they have been they have just pushed the price up higher and higher to a point where any takeover offer will be relatively high to where the market valuation was a month ago.

If they wanted a takeover of DLS I think they would've had a better chance offering say $1 or a bit more per share a while ago when the share price trading at 70c.

At that time and amongst the doom and gloom in oil stocks, many shareholders would've been happy with a 50% premium and taken up the offer.
