Ok. Um. No I'm not good at explaining things maybe some else can try. They have been diluted more then a politicians election promis CP. That effects the net worth and market cap. For them to be $3 that would mean dihngi would have to offer 1.3 billion dollars? Dinghi are bartering us down not up!
