What I don't understand is there were questions and the 210 day stopclock. In that all the questions they asked (around 30) of them most were satisfied. But it seems 2 weren't .
These 2 questions were pretty major and we should have been notified of this prior to the last attempt of the CE mark. They withheld market sensitive information ie that their trials and data were insufficient!
I was falsely led to believe all they needed was manufacturing data.
I do t have a problem with the decision of the ema but with tis managements lack of transparency.
As with most still in this stock it's too sickening now to sell out at such a loss.
Management better lift their game and advise every detail on this May meeting.
