$38 mill mate. 12 asian and 3 aussie funds. one of the asian's is VIP, apparently there's a non dilution clause in their shareholder agreement where no matter the interest from other parties they have a minimum entitlement to each cap raising that's equivalent to their existing % shareholding. you can see where they're going with this......
