Tin is certainly down but not out; the mine in South America haven't close yet, so it's all just a delayed game at present... Sector rotation can't be far off - The EU is improving, China not bad, U.S. is pretty good (if not choking on their on milk), Japan finally waking and India the next growth story (apparently).
The world continues to turn.
