That was in the good old days but these days you could just sell CFD's as an example to get the same result and mean you are not exposed to losing your income as a consultant due to market price variations. No idea if anyone would offer this service on TIS shares but where there is a fee there is always a way.

Thanks for elaborating on that.
I thought these shares are issued as 'restricted', which in my opinion would be a proper and fair way (to all holders) of doing.
