Monthly churn rate 8.5%...wow, lost one quarter of their past client base in 3 months. 6% increase in total paying clients but 1% drop in revenues.  From the report:

The cash flows include receipt of an R&D tax rebate of $0.6 million

So cashburn for quarter without R&D rebate would have been $1.4mill?  Looks like they're back to the trough for another capital raising (around 2 months of cash left in the bank).  Who's in for the raise?

They're still hanging on to grim life.  At least they're fighting to the end.
