watso is not surprised about the extension to the offer - that is not out of the ordinary. watso is also confident that there will not be another bid, the offer is more than fair. of course, only those andean shareholders who accepted by today, get the dividend - which f course is somewhat meaningless in the overall scheme of things - about .33c per andean share
