Bluebottle - ta - I guess by reading the reports they know they have a mine but how big needs to be shown this also gets investor attention and shares buying. Any production needs $ and the bigger it is the easier to get them.
As it looks like an old resource and has old working I think they should test some areas to make sure they are still there and grades match is correct. Its basically due diligence it will be interesting to see the drill locations. it looks like a different board from when they had it last time.

Time will tell if they are genuine company builders or wages collector?
