Agreed. Good effort in exploring these issues CroMagnon. One of the issues I have with this whole debacle is BSI's role. Did they advise TIS to obtain a scientific opinion? If so, why did the company ignore this. If BSI advised TIS not to get the opinion then what legal recourse do we have against them for this poor advice?
