You are not understanding me. To answer your first question; no it is not impossible. However it is impossible for you to get it. Its simply not available to you.

The ASX back-end technology is such that for every trade (execution) that is done on the ASXTrade platform an equivalent CHESS msg and therefore CHESS registered holdings becomes available. ASIC can request such information from the ASX. Bloomberg cannot provide you with this information. I will personally guarantee that they cannot provide you with the registered end-client information. Which broker traded what, on what day, for what volume tells you nothing.

The ASX sniffs for unusual trading anomalies and queries brokers. The ASX has a line into ASIC for escalation. ASIC can request additional information from the exchange or participants. Hence, if there were any unusual trading movement, particularly around ASX registered director holdings, then it would have already been flagged. Which is another reason why your activities are hopeless.
