The fact that proactive broadcast it as news this time around makes me wonder if it is actually close and that the 23rd is the actual date and won't be pushed on like it has been. By this I mean, the fact it is now being pushed in media a little, it may be a way of trying to get some eyes back on the stock prior to coming out of suspension, otherwise why would they bother.
