You probably didn't update your bank details with the share registry. Alot of stocks don't pay cheques, so if you didn't update bank details with them... your dividend might still be with the registry until you update those details.

Best to contact them to get clarification or if you are still entitled to the div.

Anyway CVO is looking good and heading in a good direction. Given the premiums are increasing, revenue and cashflows are on the up.
