Yep. PW. Not a huge holding but you can imagine he might have some part to play with the list of contacts available to him. An EV of $1-2M is certainly not demanding for a clean shell with a bit of cash and only ~300M fpo, although I need to read through the options agreements with the advisors/promoters, to see how they might play out.
