I doubt very much poker face given that the bod has two capable legal chaps on its bod that they will preserve their own wealth first and let the business dispute work itself out. At this point both of the tam guys can say that it's their responsibility to disclose other bids, which is true. But to provide a recommendation will compromise themselves if MLX case gets up. I am interested, show me the advice/recommendation. The last annt I read was that the bod is seeking legal advice towards MLX claim.
