I agree with your summary on risk and an overpriced market..but I see no point is selling my CCL. when the fall happens and if you dont have to sell to cover debts or 'hedging' ,the market will resume its position albeit at a lower reset value and we start all over again... CCL will still be a portion of the ASX.
What I disagree with is your 'wish' that government will do something logical like a 'superprofits' tax. it was mooted by previous gov't and shot down in flames by the opposition. just like taxing ,i mean not taxing the resources.No courage in our leaders today and the big end of town is pulling their strings, all too rich of property gains and connections. After all have a look at how many leave politics and consult or consort with the finance industry, mining and advisory services. a pox on their houses i say. just my opinion of course.
