I think I will be voting for the consolidation. I would like the SP to be closer to 1.3-1.5c because at currently levels, if it consolidates at 10c, everyone knows what a huge hurdle that is to move forward. As far as Im concerned its the market cap that is important, not the SP. Perhaps some feel that buying a share at 10c is better than 1c but I think thats pretty simple thinking.
With regards to the share and options to managment, I will voting no. Unfortunately everything they have done in the last 6-9 months has destroyed sharholders wealth and I feel this doesnt justify issuing share incentives.
I hold several million shares and will wait until the last minute to vote. Unless the SP moves substaintially, I will be voting as indicated.
