Not sure I agree with you on those points.

I'm glad the directors are leaving and believe that is just a function of cost cutting. The company has been hounded for having far too many directors for a company with a mkt cap of less than $150m so reckon this is just a function of getting this in line with where they should be in the event a sale doesn't eventuate which is what they said they would do.

Also, I'm sure LEI are getting updates! That's the whole point of the process - they initiated a sale of their shareholding. I don't think we will get info regarding the proposals though if a sale doesn't go through. LEI has control so can block any deal. If a proposal isn't satisfactory to them then I don't see why they or the company would make it public.

Not sure what is happening on the SP today though. I'd be more inclined to believe someone knows something if there was more volume. Given it is only 100k shares so far I'm guessing its just someone getting impatient and getting out. Then again wouldn't be surprised if it something bad gets announced in the next few days either.
