That might be good advice regarding averaging down. The only problem at the moment is the lack of stock that is on offer for those wishing to do just that. Any loose stock is quickly snapped up. Over the past two months they have done a good job of accumulating and basically taking out the sellers.
Fair to say some one knows something.
