Makattack.... I too am concerned ..... so much for their Due Diligence.....seems imo that they may of purchased the plant and other assets without fully checking into the state of affairs of the books and accounts of their acquisitions !!!!!!.....
Also, surely the Co ought to have known well in advance of this usual ASX reporting practice/requirement to the ASX............I'm wondering if they are now stalling for more time/delay...I think ( I'm not sure) that whilst they are suspended they don't need to do any reporting / announcements ??? till they decide to relist........I think they did something similar to this last year !!!!! and things dragged out for some substantial period of time....................Make's me once again wonder if production, costs and revenue streams are on track.......If they are having issues with the books then They probably don't know either .......LOL LOL
