    the big unkown for me is whether the Madman debtor is in fact a debtor of FUN or whether the independent accountant will state it is a creditor!

    Once that is cleared a lot of uncertainty out of the way. If it comes back that FUN owe madman a small fortune then this would be devastating to the company given their net asset position.
