this is to raise the $3m to secure Greenearth's 33% holding of the NewCo2Fuels technology that we are all in it for.
they always needed to pay the $3m by June and we knew they didn't have too much money.
I think the stock will rush on this cap raise given that now we will know FOR SURE that GER have a piece of that technology.
