Another point to make, Federal budget on the way in May 2015. With downturn in mining investment, it is likely that economy would remain soggy for a while. Both state and federal gov focus would be on training and education.

Hope, VET is going to make most of it after putting all this saga behind.

In my own assessment, VET going to perform much better than your anticipation. Its SP is very low compared to my assessment of around 50c to 60c. it's going to improve as AUD goes lower.
