    Oilex is up 25% today in the UK just before noon - I think the photo of the production faclilties in the latest announcement speaks louder than words regarding the potential of the Cambay wells. I imagine the third party reserves upgrade (when released in April), will be very welcome news to most - except of course the serial de-rampers.
