Who is buy it? If 5% need to issue substantial holding notice, if change 1% (above 5%) need to issue change holding.

IMHO a bit expensive, unless people are chasing dividend yield like banks... thinking healthcare is secure. I'm just not sure why March month (less than 20 trading days) went from $1.10 to $1.90?

I hold large holding, I'm slowly offloading some at almost $1.90.... no bad from 40c average purchase plus dividends.
