Also, if what you say is correct it means that new TRIALS (on patients) are not required. Just new Tests to determine the stability of this ingredient.
The above interpretation is consistent with the announcement today - which doesn't refer to trial data.
If new tests need to be done the timeline may be quite different from clinical trials.
