I think that the company has blown up at least three years of time, and heaven knows how much money to get to this point. They have shown gross incompetence. I cannot accept that its not their fault. As I see it they have comprehensively misjudged the entire regulatory process and have not done whatever it takes to truly understand the regulators issues. The Board has not been able to give the CEO good directions ad the CEO did not know what to do either. Whether they should have tried for FDA approval first is a moot point, but either way, I would not give the CEO or his board another minute in the Big Chair nor another cent to enjoy golden wing lounges or flash hotels. This outcome is on a par with what happened at QRXPharma or Alchemia - an absolute fiasco, a disgrace and waste of shareholders funds. If this product is as good as we have been led to believe, the regulator would have been bending over backwards to get it approved because of the financial and healthcare benefits that would flowed to patients from its approval and thus availability for use in a big market with few good alternative treatments. I want to see the Board changed out asap and I want a new CEO as soon as possible as well. Nothing less will satisfy this very unhappy shareholder. Leave everything the same and hang around as long as you like if you want more of the same......because much needs to change if you want a better outcome. Insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome.....................................
