    Rey should do a cap raising for 15m and take OBL out for good now. 1.5c would be a miracle for me, taking out the OBL directors would sooth the pain of my looses. The other option is selling everything tomorrow to prevent OBL from doing future cap raisings. Wont take much to take out the buy side.
