and that study is why I still have all the shares I did a while ago and am waiting for the CE mark

    with the expectation either:
    >>the mark will be granted (and the last bottle(1) on my wall will be champers...)
(because the study says its good and biochemistry alone says risk are low, risks of no treatment(or ineffective) are significant, all study data says risks are low ... no brainer?)
So while I don't have any idea what the 'due diligence' questions they would actually ask are I cant imagine they didn't get good answers.

    or
    >> my opinion of the EMA and their processes will be significantly lowered (last bottle(1) on my wall is vinegar)

unfortunately only one makes cash profit for me. I would profit in wisdom from becoming aware of the equivalent of sovereign risk in dealing with the EMA/Chmp. As so far their actions when viewed externally seem a little capricious and not entirely inline with their own policies. (delay ans? to stay inside the 210?) Time will tell if it still looks that way when the Chinese wall comes down (partially?) after the decision.
