I have been a long-term holder of OEX and OEXO and have followed the great assets and credible prospects that the shareholders have endured through promotion, fund raising, drilling, high performance indications, and slowly advancing.......through good and bad.
Many shareholders/optionholders have held the options with the real expectation that we would be much further along in actual development and cash generation with the Cambay assets especially.
The optionholders have in many cases purchased these in the real expectation that a conversion into headshares by now would have been a logical and credible choice - and provide Oilex with a major funding boost without exposing the companies rear end to the rapacious funding entities that have been suspected of playing games with the share-price around any funding tin rattling time.
Given these expectations an extension to the options is warranted. I would be prepared to pay a small application amount per option for a 2 or 3 year extension - perhaps: $0.002c.
I ask Oilex to consider the positives of an extension to the OEXOs - as this would surely be the best funding alternative in the mix of options available in the medium term, albeit some more immediate smaller scale funding is needed in the short term.
