    Agree Petepan, certainly shouldn't be afraid of a CR

    Acquire at 4x EBITDA whilst share price trading at >8X.

    Any dollar he raises from us is worth twice as much in his hands.

    (As long there is sufficient flow of businesses for sale at 4x)
