Here's my .007 cents worth if I may.

Whatever happens from here, the directors jobs are on the line. We are in courts and at SAT because the directors allowed and encouraged this to be so. If we don't get the outcome we want, they have to go.

On the flipside, they must know something we don't, to want to go down the path of litigation. So for the positive, if they are able to put something of substance together, then maybe there is something very positive around the corner.

So the equation is simple, win the court cases - keep your job
Lose - see you later
