I think the consolidation rate will change based on the current share price.
If I purchase 100000 shares at .012 this will cost $1200.
If the consolidation is 1:60.
100000 Shares will equate to: 1667
1 Share = .20 cents after consolidation
1667 x .20c = $333.40
You are down based on the market value of the current share if consolidated at the rate listed.
At the current price you may look at a rate of 1:20. Probably even 1:12. The same scenario (100000 shares) would get you 5000 shares at .20c= $1000 if 1:20.
I guess the actual value now of the acquisition will be dependent on the share price being greater than the shareholders purchase price and the consolidation rate being more favourable than the previous listed 1:60.
I can't see why people would buy now unless the consolidation rate changes from the consolidation rate flagged last year.
Am I missing something with how these acquisitions work? What's causing the rise if the consolidation rate remains at 1:60.
Is the rise so a better consolidation rate is offered?
