it seems that the strategy is coming to light. I like the concept that the campaign recognizes that the reservoir is still a bit of a mystery and that they will drill first and determine if they are getting oil or gas and can design the well accordingly. I like the concept of ordering all long lead items up front, it shows a genuine attempt to actually drill the wells, even the contingent wells are ready for action. I like the position of wells 80 and 81, it finally tries to determine if this field is a big one or small one.
once these 4 wells are drilled, shareholders will be broke or retired in luxury. its quite a bold move that will require OEX to come up with about $25 million, not sure how they will achieve that without a farm out or a massive dilution. let's wait and see.
Finally RM has delivered something technically meaningful. commercially? jury's still out.
