To clarify, Technically E88 has no gearing or net dept/ equity. Owing suppliers is normal to a no dept business. Im just doing the exersize of including owings as Gearing from the fiqures we have, assuming the dept to suppliers is steady and the cash at bank is steady plus the $6.4million from VIP. This position could be better by now as E88 has lower overheads due to less staff and the one platform for Ensogo. Anyone expert in accounting please tell me if im on the right track.
