they had the surveys that the product would be accepted and that may not have changed but you are right that they will need to bring the awareness to the forefront of medical professionals again. medical pros are slow to convert but to start using this as a last resort is a no brainer as there is no downside to the medical pro. Then upon seeing results they will try it on earlier stage and the snowball begins depending on results and costs . medical insurers are the obvious target and their committees and I am unsure of how long the lead time is to get it on their approved list and priced accordingly so volume may be a little way down the track as many groups have monthly meetings but only quarterly introduction of new treatments etc etc. miss by a day and you end up 3-6 months late . Reminds me of our current applications how time can blow out.
