I really dint get what why people are poking at MLX board. Their offer was accepted by the TAM board. Wouldn't it be more appropriate to actually ask the tam board how they got the company in this position. Or more to the point why they signed a binding hoa with MLX?
I could understand mud beung thrown at MLX fir instance if there was a bribe to the board or worked with other bidders to win the deal. There are no such allegations as I understand.
