I think that is the major problem here OEX has burned too many investors now most who are already in will likely sell on any potential bounce of the share price. To attract new investors there would have to be a drastic change in sentiment towards oil/gas ventures and spec companies like OEX. Everybody is off chasing all the high yield stocks at the moment so until that cycle ends in tears the OEX share price will be suppressed. I guess the only question now is will OEX be able to continue trading over the next 6 - 12 months? Where is Ron going to get the next pot of money from with sentiment at all time lows.
