Crikey, you guys aint bad. Its MLX's right to contest the HOA if they feel they have a case, irrespective of legal qualifications. Suggest you clearly understand that courts exist because of disputes generally. One wins and one loses. Again, my view is that MLX has a case and sticks it right up TAM and win. MLX may not proceed and if they win may not even want TAM's mine. When you have situations like this occur, court decisions are usually damages, the court realises that when companies undermine the other party the relationship is such where the parties are unlikely to work together. NST will get TAM in the end, I am not interested in that, I am interested in the detail if MLX have a string case to hear.
