Yes, far too much run by the controlling family as though they own totally, for the controlling family instead of for all shareholders. Look at salaries, related party transactions every period.
Thats the big drag on investor interest.
For all that, I believe their actions over the last 2 years in getting back to basics is generally heading the co in the right direction
