I wonder if there is any value in patents if they have coverage over anything YPB does and even then would they ever have enough funds to fight the battle? Seems many patents can be got around and even after long court cases you never have a guarantee.

Really not sure what YPB really have and how they will protect themselves from copycats so may be in the same boat as DDT was years ago . All depends on penetration of market I guess. If you can get scale and reputation
