Firstly this company is not a debt collector like you implied before.

Secondly bad debts are part of any lending business including the big banks. Unfortunately this one bad debt is quite a big one yet it does not impact the ability of the company to continue its operations. There is also a chance that some part of the debt will be recovered.

I have been holding this company since 1o cents and have seen its profits and dividends grow so I really am not concerned that someone who clearly does not understand business thinks its a "model that destroyed their profits"
