this guy has been involved from the beginning and was already gifted a large number of shares, and for what?? a project and company that has gone nowhere. Now management are doing the same thing again.
"capital raising in the next two weeks". That's the final nail in the coffin. Years of paying consultants and MDs on $400k has yielded nothing. Now they make an announcement about a "strategic partner". The only thing strategic about it is how quickly the ordinary shareholder gets robbed.
