Primo...I have emailed loads of folks involved in trials etc and very seldomly get a response, especially a reponse with real meat. But there have been many issues related to the programs. Rarely the fault of CFCL, with installers/contractors involved with programs going bust... fundign for test programs being deferred, cut or programs themselves going over budget.
The point of the trials was to work out how all the distributed grid works when pulled together and as well as having to reduce price, increase stack life and improve cycling capability....there has been needs to re-design aspects of unit to make more compact etc and work with other technology.
The EWE field companies only seem to be up to where we were in 2012 with them tweakign units and makign changes to roll the next evolution of models out for further trials/field validation.
Quite simply, Gennex needs to be far enough advanced to get an early adopter and hit the go button. They wotn be around in 2018 for the real traction ahead of 2020 goals and targets.
But for a company that wants to move away from the old dying generation/distribution model and shore up their place in renewables/low carbon grids...well CFCL is that girl at the bar wearing almost nothing drinking by herself.
