So someone bought at 10c and sitting on again of 30% just hrs later!! Microcaps are not for everyone but sure can jump around. Mkt update confirms new software release remains on track. Just needs PEH to win a few more of these large govt contracts. With plenty infrastructure promolgated it's likely they will get some decent wins. 4 contracts at 3m each = 12m. That's just below entire mktcap of company!
What i esp like is the big capital spend in developing software is over. Now they simply place the pollution monitors around the projects/city and it beams info back to HQ. Hence, running costs are kept low as well. And that's how firms make money. i.e. margins are high.
