Mgmt could perform to the highest standard (which they are, from what I can gauge, not to mention having plenty of skin in the game) but if the sector doesn't support the business plan, then even the best mgmt team are going to struggle to gain traction and achieve ebit growth (or even maiden ebit in this case).
There's many stocks like this on the ASX right now, MRM, IMD, MND, BKN, ANG, AAX. I can't see any way in which most of these stocks won't struggle in the next couple of years, as the cyclical aspect of the mining boom comes home to roost. Hope I'm wrong and I'll be the first to get onboard TPP if their numbers suggest a turnaround but until then the opportunity cost is too great imo
