They bought their stock sometime ago and they did it before anyone else did and also thought it a good idea to get into the craft beer market...now that everyone is doing it not so much a good idea now...they also have to guarantee GRB's debt as they try to grow...GRB have proved they can make a good selling craft beer but until they open a brewery on the eastern seaboard they are pretty limited...also WOW's investment in them isn't material at all
