    I'd say he bought the house cause he needed to do something with the money.

    I want to STRESS this is purely speculation on my part. I've never met or spoken to the man. But If wanted to do a bad job disposing of 1.5m shares, I don't think I could have matched his tactics. The only proviso would be if there is something unknown to us (but not to him) materially wrong with the company (don't think so ---insider??)


    Having said all that, I for one am glad of this opportunity to purchase some at these prices. I never thought I would.

    Two negatives that make me less of a bull than some, however.

    1. I still feel the US$ will deteriorate substantially.

    2. Folks, as a rule, quickly adjust to fixed speed and RL cameras. RDF's own proclamations that accidents and deaths are lessened where these cameras are fitted is testimony to that. In other words, each fixed camera should have ever decreasing revenues. Or, in other words, some of the new installations are needed just to maintain the status quo
